How big should my ceiling be?

Can I raise the limit during a session?
No. Adjusting a ceiling mid-session is how limits fail. Move it only between periods, and only while calm.
Do operator limits really help?
Yes, because they are enforced by the platform rather than by you at 2am. A deposit limit set while calm holds while you are not.
Is a time-out the same as self-exclusion?
No. A time-out pauses play for a short, fixed period. Self-exclusion blocks for longer, often six months or more, sometimes across operators.
